Lori Senecal is one of the premier executives in the advertising industry with more than twenty years of experience in the field. She currently serves as the Global CEO of Crispin Porter + Bogusky Advertising Agency. As the Global CEO, Lori Senecal is tasked with the duty of maintaining multinational accounts, monitoring the global expansion and development of CP+B, and managing the firm’s international offices. CP+B is headquartered in Boulder, with international offices in Beijing, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles, Miami, Sao Paolo, and Stockholm.

Lori Senecal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the McGill University in Canada, with a specialization in Marketing and Finance. After graduation, she began working for McCann Canada and was transferred to the American division in 2003.From there, she co-founded a marketing strategy aimed at attracting more young clients to McCann-Erickson known as TAG Ideation. She has also served as the Global Chief Innovation Officer for the McCann World Group and as the president of its flagship office in New York.Lori Senecal has worked for Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners as the Chairman, CEO, and President. After her arrival at the agency, it was renamed to Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners. She transformed the firm from a domestic advertising agency with less than 250 employees to a multinational organization with over 900 employees. Through her tenacious leadership skill, Lori Senecal was able to create innovative approaches that increased their clients return on investment.

In 2016, she was named as an Agency Executive to Watch, while the CP+B received recognition as the Creativity Innovators of the Year. The 3% Conference

She is a regular speaker at the 3% Conference, a movement dedicated to expanding the statistic of female creative directors in the advertising profession. The campaign aims at championing for female creative talent through live events and mentorship programs to increase creativity, diversity, and profitability. Since its inception in 2010, the 3% Conference has grown the number of female creative directors from 3% to 11%.
